So with it being the night before thanksgiving I had started preparing way early today!
I had to clean the Turkey Deep Fryer, that took some time scrubbing it with a steel whool scrubber or SOS pad.
Then I prepared the Turkeys, I began by taking all the JUNK out of inside them any plastic peices or parts had to go. As we deep fry our Turkey every year we are doing 2 this year... or atleast that is what we plan on.
We have taken the time to clean our birds.. then we inject them with the Creole butter. This stuff locks juices inside the turkey and tomorrow by afternoon we would have used maybe 2 bottles per turkey injecting them multiple times a piece.
So then I cleaned pinto beans. Put them in a pot to boil and ready for the crock pot. I will then add a large side of salted pork to it and let it cook in the crock pot all night adding water as needed until late tomorrow afternoon.
I am making my deviled eggs tonight as well. I love deviled eggs and will make plenty so I can splurge on them for a few days lol. Just thought I woudl share what I am cooking tonight I also readied my pies which are all home made tonight I made a pumpkin pie as well. So hope all yall have a good Turkey Day
