So above you will see my Beautiful Baby Girl... look at her.. I love her wittle face. This weekend was different. I went to my hair stylist Tammy's Friday. I was there from about 10:15 till 2pm... then I proceeded with Emma in tow to go get something to eat and pick up Kailey from the school.

We headed back to Tammy's where it was over crowded and we had to get Kailey's hair Cut. That place is not big enough for the 10 or 15 people that were in there lol. I am so glad that we both got our hair cut.

Friday night I ditched the children and went to a cook out being thrown by some co-workers. SO nice but I did miss my little cling on baby... lol. I am glad I went though I think sometimes because I do not interact with a lot of adults I end up well getting paranoid behaviors... such as everyone hates me... or ppl are going to make fun of my legs... eye... ear... something weather it is there to make fun of or not. I just have my days.

Anyway..... My baby is growing so big. I can't believe she is now past 5 months. She is trying to crawl.. tolerates tummy time well, but hasn't crawled anywhere yet!

Saturday I just lazied around the house after I got up cause it was too early to be getting out of the bed, and so I figured I would start doing laundry or something but never brought myself to do such work.

Then Buddy suggested we go do something so we ditched the kids for 2 hours and did a little adult stuff. We drank a bit together walked on a trail or two at Melton hill then came back home and made chili cheese dogs for the kiddo and ourselves. I fell asleep by 1am on the couch...

I was up way to early though on Sunday cause I was in a bad mood... I hadn't had enough sleep lol... Apparently I pissed buddy off and he stormed out of the house and didn't come home until right at 10pm... it was 11:30 am when he stormed off... boy that was nice.

I took the girls to visit Great Grandma... my grandmother asked me if I had found anyone to occupy her extra room and help take care of her yet. No I hadn't, the lady we had picked was Sheila, but she I assume decided not to take the job. That sucks cause I really wanted her to. She was really nice. Kailey liked her a lot. Well that is all for today.

Easter has come and gone

So Easter has come and gone. My miss Emma is getting so big. I am from my car on my Android smart phone its a touch screen and it takes forever to type. My goal is to photo blog each day from here on out so look-out for my lovely girls on here a lot. I had initially planned to blog a pic of Emma everyday... so we could all watch her grow but because I work FULL time and then am a full time mom it is hard as hell. I don't even get on Facebook anymore. I like to read BBC nov 2011 moms birthboard but I barely get to do that. So here is a video from this month

So I got to thinking today I am getting to the point where I care to much about what other people think. I have actually gotten myself all upset over my hair.... WHY? You ask! I have post-pardum hair, not only due to the fact that I had a child, but the anesthesia from past surgery, and the epidural all in the last 12 months has just fried my hair. Normally this isn't that big of a deal to me because quite frankly my appearance shouldn't matter, but to most the person on the inside gets the boot while your superficial outside is the best part of you.

I don't normally give two shits what people think of me. I honestly would rather spend my life enjoying the little things rather than stressing over hair and makeup. If this is what I need for you to like me then I normally don't care for your superficial ass... and can care less what you think of me.

I have my off days where I actually start feeling down about this stuff, but my hair is in such a shape I can't do anything with it. I have had it cut about a half dozen times and it just gets worse or stays the same. I am so sick of it being SO bad... I have been very depressed about it.

Yes I know, what a stupid thing to be depressed about. I am going tomorrow to get it dyed cause it is graying very badly but still I am so bummed out about my hair and its horrible looks. I wish that it would look better. I have never been real girly, and am not into styling my hair, just blow dry and brush... but here lately I can't even blow dry it... it just looks worse the more I do to it.

I don't care about make-up at all.. it takes too long to do it and make it look good. I love people like Tiona who say "It only takes me 5 minutes to do my makeup" and 30 minutes later she is still messing with her eyes... It don't make sense to me to waste your life in front of the mirror doing your makeup and claiming it only takes 5 minutes when in reality you do this everyday for like 2 hours.

Well this is my depressing rant for the day.. Sorry I will be more funny next time.

Emma will be 5 months on 4/20/12

Emma is growing fast. This weekend we flew kites with Kailey, our central heat and air broke so we had to live in the heat on Sunday. They came to fix it this morning.

Kailey got into the Accelerated Reader program which starts in first grade. They said she is very fluent with her reading and she is doing better than most of the kids in her class.

I thought well they are just blowing smoke up my rear they make everyone feel like their child is special! So I ask a few of the other parents and it turns out that only one other kid got into the AR program and she is a teachers kid. So I guess Kailey is doing well.

I am not discrediting my child, I just try not to make them seem like they are some kind of special genius's because they are just kids, I also don't like smoke blown up my rear about them. In the end I am proud of my kids weather they are super smart or just super!

Kailey loves helping with Emma... she likes to help feed her, help her finish her food...YES Kailey wants to eat baby food only the sweet fruity stuff though. I use to like baby food when I was younger only the fruits though the vegetables were nasty.

This week is Kailey's trip to the zoo. Hopefully it will be a good trip I am going and probably going to chaperon some of the children and I can't imagine how that will pan out.

I can not wait though. I love going to the zoo and Amanda Patterson and Carter are going to the zoo with us. I am gonna try and have a good time with Kailey and hopefully she will be good the whole time.

So I got a good video of Emma laughing and I posted it on you tube. I love posting videos but since I have been back to work the weekends have everything crammed in them. I do the dishes and laundry, buddy cooks and keeps the living room tidy. It really sucks he is at home all day and can't circulate the laundry for me. I just want help keeping it caught up.

It is so much easier to get to everything else on the weekend when you don't have mounds of laundry to stay on top of.

I hope our AC is fixed because when I go home tonight I want to relax without having to be burning up. Also maybe Emma will sleep better at her naps today since the air conditioner should be working.
