Hurricanes I aint skeered

So they have evacuated north eastern area's I have friends who live there.  I am concerned for them. They both seem to be in relatively "safer" areas. But still we all know that things can happen and go wrong. Also I think it should be against the law to not evacuate pets. I am sorry but we have animal shelters that will fine you and even take your rights away to own one if you mistreat, do not feed, or do not properly shelter your pets. But now you can just abandon them during a hurricane and they will be fine... um no... the reason you are being evacuated is because conditions are going to get bad where you may not be able to sustain life...apparently it is the same for your dog, bird, cat whatever.

I am just pissed that pets have rights unless it is a natural disaster then screw your pets and leave them to starve and drown!

OK so the girls and I got our pics made over the weekend last weekend. It was so much fun and I hope to get to stick with this photographer. She made it worth our while. I will add pictures below.

Emma is now officially a "walker" (no not walking dead but walking baby) she can now walk if she wants to it is funny seeing her walk she will fall on her butt and then hop across the floor on her knees and then get up and walk some more.

I can not seem to catch this on video... um maybe my timing is off.

Tonight is Halloween. Hope we have a great safe trip. It seems like it is going to be cold :-(

Also Buddy and I were offered to take in a 2 year old little boy. I finally talked to him about it last night and he said no. He said we do not have the space for him in our home and he would Love to do it otherwise. So maybe one day but not anytime soon apparently.

Fixing all the junk that breaks round here...bullying... surviving

So I am always fixing something here lately. We had the washer break last sunday which caused water to flood my laundry room. It really stinks. So a friend walked me through fixing it. Then I had the misfortune of my dryer not working properly. I then worked on the dryer friday. I got it fixed and it worked on the first run every time.

The toilet has been running all the time now. I looked on e-how and figured out how to fix it. Went today and got the parts and put the toilet back together. That was fixed. Kailey had spent the night with my cousin. I went to get in the shower but had some items that needed to go in the washer so when I went back there, the washer was leaking all over the floor again.. I was soo pissed.

My man and I got into a fight about the washer it was a real doosy as he was aggrivated I needed help I had just dressed the baby and I was wanting to get out of the house and get to Erins to get Kailey and get to the Birthday party. My grandmother called relentlessly about her medication (we will get to that laterr) and I had already made plans to make time to get to her before picking up Kailey I didn't have time for this washer mishap.... so aggrivating. The arguing didn't help either. I just decided if he thought it only took one person to fix it he could fix it by hmself so I left, but not in enough time to get to my grandmother (whom we respectfully call mamaw).

So I called my father (her son) and told him she was having a medicine mishap and needed assistance. (he never called or went over to check on her).

I got to Erins. Got Kiwi and got to the birthday party. It was fun Kailey's friend Rhianna and her played all the games in the arcade. I put some quarters in this one machine and hit the jack pot collecting over 200 tickets. I had given Rhianna a token and the same thing happened to her. I am sure that if this was my lucky day that the other junk would not have happened so these machines must have been broken.

While we were sitting at the table with the other girls from Jossies party Rhianna said that her teacher told her she couldn't play with Kailey anymore, just out of the blue. I said "Why?" Rhianna said "I am not sure." Rhianna was a lot taller than any of the other children in her class. She looked like maybe a year older aswell.

So I asked Rhianna what happened when she told her not to hang out with Kailey anymore. R said "Kailey and I were playing on the playground, I was climbing the rock wall and Logan (another Girl in my daughters class) came up and told Kailey "I am prettier than you" then she Jerked Rhianna off the wall and shoved her into it. She then told me that Ms. Bays told her and Logan to not play with Kailey.

I then looked at Kailey and asked her why I was never told about this. She said she forgot in an it is not that big of a deal way. Rhianna said "but I like playing with Kailey and Logan is mean to everyone."

Now I understand the teacher asking them not to play with one another if Kailey is being a bully and setting limitations on Kailey if she is the one causing the trouble but it was  not Kailey and no one had to tell me I would have never known.

I took Kailey to this little girls birthday party not too long ago. She was not mean then. Kailey said she wasn't her friend anymore, so I asked her why and she said I don't know she just says mean things to me now and so I just don't play with her. Apparently this little girl is over stepping the line with physical bullying and mental bullying. They wonder why this goes on as children get bigger put a stop to it and have no tollerance for it in elementary and there will be no problem with it in Middle or High school. If there is then it will be few and far between. The children are only in first grade.

After the party I took the kids home. Emma was beyond tired. She was ready for a nap. Kailey was mad we didn't go to Erins again. I handled the washer situation, then went to take care of my grandma situation.

I am so tired of having every human in my life depend on me. I love my children and everyone else. but if you are over the age of 18 you need to have a bit of independance. My children are less needy than my adult family.

We did not get to see frankin-weenie this weekend. It sucks but Kailey wanted to go stay at my cousin Erins instead. I will take her next weekend.

Buddy and I went to Baileys to see the steelers play on the big screen they won but it was a slow boring game. After the game Buddy wanted to go see Jeff so we went to Jeffs. On our way we bout got killed by some ideot. I was driving and we were on the hwy and there is a very blind curve but the two lanes are both going north in to a town called Salway, as we went around the curve to come into salway I was in the fast lane, and there was a van in the fast lane coming right towards me (umm where was he going??? traffic doesnt go that way and the nearest lane that does was not even visible)

So I swerved to my right not thinking about other cars that could be in that lane just thinking about the head on collision I didn't want to have. I successfully veered by him in the nick of time but if I had not we would have been most certainly dead going 70 towards a van who has some clueless dumb ass on a phone chatting it up while trying to kill ppl was gonna defenantly be a bad ending.

I am just thankful I got to go home to my girls that night. I am happy to say that I am a good defensive driver, I have saved myself from many near death accidents and none would have ended up being my fault. I have to go for now I hope I stay on a blogging roll.

Lonely night.

So I was just sitting here at home thinking about how lonely I am. My original plans were to go out tonight with my man. But he decided he didn't feel like going out. My Kiwi went to stay at her auntie Erin's for the night this is her first sleepover ever. She has stayed with "Grammy" but that is different she stays at grammys all the time.

My Emma is in bed fast asleep and so is my man candy. So I am alone all by myself blogging. I watched all of the walking dead. I now wish I had spread it out over a few days... but it was SO good. Now I just need to find out when the next new episode comes on.

I am taking Kiwi to see Frankenweenie tomorrow after we go to her little friend Josie's birthday party. I am not thrilled with going to a bunch of birthday parties. The last one we went to the little girl has been so mean to Kiwi at school since. I am not sure why. I don't understand why if your kid is gonna be a bully then would you invite my kid to her party?

Kailey said she is unsure why the little girl doesn't like her now, but she said she is just flat out mean to her in school. The good thing about Kailey is these days when someone picks on her we will ask her if she wants one of us to say something to her teacher or speak with her bus driver and she says "No its OK I will handle it myself" she never cries about being picked on it sometimes just comes out in conversations.

Now on another note I bought Kailey's school pictures and I can not figure out what I have done with them. I feel bad I wanted to give them out now I can not find them anywhere. Hope I find them soon. Well that is all for tonight I just thought since I was lonely I would sit and type some on my blog.

I am hoping to start zumba next week super excite gotta get back to pre-Kiwi weight...lol yes once upon a time between being fat and being pregnant I was skinny for a minute... lol

Everyone remember November 2011 birth club mom

If you are the type to pray please try to remember a mother from my November 2011 birth club. Her son Zealen died today. This morning to be exact at 3am. He had been battling an illness he was born with something to do with his heart.. I am very sad for this mother her name is Amanda and her husband Im unsure of his name. The following is their story, I got this from their facebook page called "Zealen's Care page"

The following is from the care page's about section:
On April 3rd 2011 we found out that I was pregnant with a due date of December 16th. As excited as we were we had no idea the impact this little boy would have on our lives and the lives of those around us. Until my 20 week ultrasound we were told he was perfectly healthy. While he is still our perfect boy we found out he would be born with a rare defects. He has a very unique heart. He was diagno...
sed with L-TGA, VSD, pulmonary stenosis and some other minor problems. What this all basically means is, the bottom chambers of his heart are reversed with a hole in between them and his pulmonary artery was too small. While i was still pregnant the plan was hed need surgery between 9-12 months (Zealen had other plans). He was born 6 weeks early on November 7th, 2011 weighing 5 lbs. He had a two week stay in the NICU after which we finally got to take him home. We cared for him at home for less than a week. During a scheduled cardiac appointment we were sent to Ann Arbor, MI for emergency open heart surgery. His pulmonary artery had gotten smaller and they placed a shunt in it. After a week of recovery we were doing tests in order to go home and his shunt had clogged and he had to have another procedure. So after another week we finally got to take him home. Other than many doctors appointments things were relatively normal. He thrived, growing better than anyone expected and surpassing all of his milestones. We knew he would still need a major surgery. August 20th he went in for his total repair, (a unique and extremely complicated procedure). Which brings us up to date. He has been through so much, yet he is the happiest and most loving child I've ever met! We love our little miracle :)
Following are pictures of little Zealen

His sweet face makes me so sad to know that he left this early. Even sadder to know that he is Emma's age and his mother and father are too young to go through all of this. I am just heart broken for them for having to say goodbye to Zealen.

So the weekend at a glance 9/28/12 - 9/30/12

So this weekend was great. Friday started out Kiwi had her appointment with her new allergist. We were there from 8:30am till 11am which cut into my coffee time with crystal. Yest on Fridays they are our coffee days. I love having someone to have coffee with.

Crystal is going to be a mommy again. This will be her 5th Labor. She has delivered all at home but one. This one will to be a home delivery, and I have been invited to attend as a support person. I will more than likely blog about Crystals pregnancy a lot, I am living vicariously through my friend who is having a baby... I want another one buddy says no so I will just live through crystal. lol.

You may see pictures from her home birth, that is if she is OK with that. She said her friends husband posted them to face book cause he was supper excited to attend and well got into some trouble cause there were some not so "great" shots of her lady parts.

I am trying to stay on top of my blog. Back to my weekend. My mother came over and helped clean the house. I saved a bird from the water trough of death, apparently this is where birds go to die, because there was another one dead in the trough and had I not seen this one flopping around it would have died to.

My mother said she would take it to her house and if it lived she would let Kailey have it back. But instead Saturday when we called to see how the bird was doing, my mother and father had turned him loose. Kailey was horribly upset by this and my dad said I should bust her ass. But to be honest with you since we had agreed she could have it if it got better, remained alive, was eating well, ects.. I saw no point in busting her ass cause I wouldn't want to be lied to either.

I don't think my parents get that. You can not lie to your children, then change your mind and expect them to be obedient, I didn't lie to her, but since they did let the bird go, I had no control over her emotions because she wanted the bird. The man of the house says she can't have a bird anyway. But it wasn't until sunday he told her she couldn't have a bird all of this happened on friday with the bird flying off on saturday.

My mother came down agian saturday and spent some time with us. Then crystal came over to watch football with me. Then my washer over flowed on the floor. I so need a new washer and dryer cause my dryer takes like 20 times to dry my clothing.

My washer flooded my floor and then I had to figure out how to get it taken care of when after crystal left a friend of ours called me we will call him "J-R" (real name is Jeff) called me and he said that he knew what was wrong with the washer he walked me through how to fix it and it was fixed. But it ruined my floor and still dont work right 100% of the time, but it sure don't continue to fill when it is over full anymore.

My dryer has pretty much given up on us. I want a new dryer so bad I don't know what it is like to put a load of laundry in a dryer and it come out dry the firt time. I wish I did I would love to have a dryer that works.

Saturday night "B" came home and we just hung out with crystal for a moment or two and then she had to go. After watching the UT vols get their asses handed to them I don't think either of us were happy.

I have fun with crystal and I hope we can continue meeting for coffee on Friday and eating fatty junk food on saturday watching the vols get their asses handed to them.

Emma took steps on her own over the weekend, but is too afraid to walk by herself and always grabs on to something after taking a few uneasy steps. So I think she will be up and walking/running any week now.
